Everything seemed fine with the car until the next morning when the tire light came on and we went to Schwab where we bought the tires and they had to adjust the air in all four tires which was not a big deal but a little puzzling.
Jess and Abel are very attentive, informative, relaxed and easy to work with. We enjoyed our entire experience.
Jake and Dreyton were super easy to work with would definitely recommend them to get a good deal.

When I got a call back when I had called to schedule, the lady was rude. I couldn't get off the phone fast enough w/ her. This is my second rude encounter over the phone and once in person. I got lucky the last time I went in, she was nice... This time.
It was hard for me to click yes. The labor price is crazy for rear differential fluid exchange, mass air flow sensor cleaning & changing air filter. I paid over $400 on these services.

Ryan was a super salesman. However, one star off because we had requested Oregon Smokey the Bear license plates and paid extra for them. The standard OR plates arrived (after waiting more than 6 weeks) and I had to visit OR DMV to buy new Smokey plates (plus $78 to do so)!

When looking online, we had seen what we wanted but no pictures. He called us right away and tracked down what we wanted and made the process easy for us. We live a few hours away, one way, and he kept in contact to make sure its everything we want. He was great! That was the best experience we have ever had buying a car!

Bud Clary was the nearest dealership to Coeur d’Alene, ID with a 2026 Blue Honda Prelude, which was the car I was looking for. They held the car for me until I was able to travel there, and then we completed the deal in only three hours. What’s not to like about that!

I had to reschedule my appointment because the wait time was three hours plus. I will have to say Elizabeth was a little cranky & was rude to an employee. BUT when I came back for my rescheduled appointment , I was greeted by Antonio Rodriguez & he was so great. His service was quick and he got my car back right away.I only had to wait an hour to get my car. Antonio needs to give lessons on great customer service.
