At first arrival, they salesmen was a little pushy and anxious. When test driving, the salesmen was asking a lot of question and I felt as if I couldn't think and get a good impression of the vehicle I was driving. Overall my salesmen was nice and respectful to me and I am happy with purchase I made with them.

The last time I went to the Couer d'Alene dealership where the salesmen take turns bringing in the daily donuts, which was a nice touch after the long drive!!

The only concern I had is that the service took a little longer than anticipated. Was a little surprised as I had made an appointment to reduce wait time. Also, there should be some type of coupon or credit when the vehicle is not washed, as marketed when buying the Clary Service.
I felt that there were certain services that were not needed yet I had them done. Otherwise, everything was great.
